●Company Policy
Conflict minerals refer to 3TG minerals (abbreviation for Tantalum (Ta), Tin (Sn), Tungsten (W) and Gold (Au)), Cobalt (Co) and other minerals that originate from conflict or high-risk areas, or metal minerals traded through smuggling channels or controlled by non-governmental armed forces and illegal military factions. Xuri Electronics requires all suppliers to comply with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct and source materials only from environmentally and socially responsible suppliers. All suppliers are prohibited from purchasing and using conflict minerals and shall fully comply with conflict-free mineral requirements. All raw materials must be sourced from smelters and refiners certified under the Responsible Minerals Assurance Process (RMAP) recognized by the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) (http://www.responsiblemineralsinitiative.org). All suppliers shall procure metals exclusively from RMAP-certified smelters and refiners that meet conflict-free metal standards. Any smelters and refiners without valid RMAP certification must be eliminated from the supply chain.
●Supplier Requirements
Suppliers shall immediately notify Xuri Electronics, adopt alternative solutions, and implement rectification measures as required by the Company if conflict minerals are used in products supplied to Xuri Electronics. Suppliers may resume product supply only after their rectification work is verified and approved, so as to ensure full compliance with conflict-free mineral requirements. All product and material batches involving conflict minerals shall be treated as non-conforming products. Suppliers shall conduct commercially reasonable supply chain due diligence on an annual basis to ensure that all metals incorporated into products delivered to Xuri Electronics do not originate from conflict minerals. Any changes to the information of conflict mineral smelters and refiners in the supplier’s supply chain (including additions and removals) shall be deemed major changes. Suppliers shall promptly notify Xuri Electronics of such changes via the RMI Conflict Minerals Reporting Template or other reports that comply with the IPC-1755 Conflict Minerals Data Exchange Standard.All suppliers, mineral processors, mining enterprises and original ore sources within the supply chain shall formulate relevant conflict mineral policies and management procedures in accordance with the standards and requirements of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) as well as the Company’s specifications.
