The water-drop ball window cap provides an optical channel for the internal elements through its water-drop-shaped spherical window. The curvature of the spherical window converges the transmitted beam, while the water-drop shape enlarges the effective receiving angle of the window, allowing optical signals from different directions to enter the detector efficiently or making the emitted light more concentrated. After the cap body is welded and sealed to the header, the internal chip is isolated from the external environment, with electrical interconnection completed through the pins. The optical parameters of the window can be optimized through design to meet application requirements.
