The TO9 2-pin flattened header provides a mounting and interconnection platform for two-pin elements. The element is mounted on the base mounting surface, and the pins are sinter-sealed to the base through glass insulators, achieving electrical isolation and hermeticity. The flattened pins enlarge the soldering contact area and improve joint reliability. Electrical signals are transmitted through the pins to the external circuit, and the hermetic structure prevents the ingress of moisture and contaminants, ensuring long-term stable operation of the elements.
